We also collect your personal data from information which you have agreed may be submitted or provided to VoxGolf by your golf professional or other person who you may be affiliated to on the application.

We use information held about you to ensure that content from our site is presented to you in the most effective manner, to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service and when you choose to do so, to notify you about changes to our service and to provide you with information on any offers or deals that VoxGolf consider appropriate to bring to your attention.

You acknowledge and consent that VoxGolf may share your personal information with your golf professional or other person who may be affiliated to on the application. Storage of Personal Information
VoxGolf may use both dedicated servers and external storage servers operated by Amazon Web Services[to be confirmed] (“AWS”). The VoxGolf dedicated server will store your personal information. Data stored on AWS servers are located globally and your personal information may be cached depending on your location.
Protection of Personal Information
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. VoxGolf will not be liable for any loss arising from any unauthorised use of your password by a third party.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site; any transmission is at your own risk.
Any payment transactions will be externally hosted, managed and received by Stripe, a third party service provider. Stripe provides VoxGolf with a payment process service using encrypted SSL technology. Cardholder data never passes through the VoxGolf Site.
